Ofsted Deputy Manager

New Brighton, Wirral

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Ofsted Deputy Manager for a brand new children’s EBD home in New Brighton, Wirral. Joining this non-profit you have the opportunity to make real change within children’s lives.

As the Ofsted Deputy Manager you will:

- Work alongside teams on shift and supervise along with the Registered Manager

- Responsible for the home in the absence of the manager

- Safeguarding and ensuring the welfare of the children living in the home

- Lead in developing care plans and risk assessment

- Establish trusting relationships with the children in our care to support their growth and development

- collaborate with the wider childcare system to ensure consistent quality care

Experience and Qualifications:

- Must hold you level 3 in Children's Residential Care

- Previous experience as an Ofsted Deputy Manager is desirable

- Experience within a children's residential home with EBD
