Salary: £30,000
Hours: Shift Patterns
You’ll be part of a rotating shift covering 07:00–18:30 Monday to Thursday, 07:00–18:00 Friday, with occasional weekend and bank holiday duties.

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are looking for an experienced Import and Export Customs expert to join a forward thinking company based in Liverpool.

The Customs team is a tight-knit group of professionals who work closely together and with customers to ensure a smooth, compliant and efficient customs process. This isn’t transactional work—it’s about building long-standing relationships and solving real-world logistics challenges.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Customs Coordinator to join our hardworking and dynamic team. Reporting to the Customs Supervisor and Head of Department, you'll take ownership of several key customer accounts while contributing to team-wide customs tasks on a shared rota.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Completing and processing import/export customs declarations
- Ensuring compliance with all operational customs responsibilities
- Communicating with internal departments to align on customs matters
- Maintaining accurate reporting and documentation for audits and compliance
- Supporting invoicing related to customs activities

- Experience in Import & Export Customs Procedures
- Solid understanding of HMRC customs processes and tariff classification
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- A great communicator with commercial awareness
- A problem-solver with a proactive mindset
