The position is for a Deputy Manager at a children's residential home, requiring 24 months of experience managing a residential children's home.

Candidates must hold a Level 4 NVQ in working with children/young people (Management) and have experience working with Ofsted.
The salary for this position is competitive, with additional benefits including a Level 5 NVQ funding, hybrid working, and a bonus scheme.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 37 hours a week, with flexible hours from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.

Deputy ManagerChildren's residential home Hours: Monday – Friday (37 hours) 8:30 – 5pm (Flexible) Duties:

Looking after full team and giving guidance and support
Support and working alongside the registered manager.
Monitoring staff performance, supervisions and appraisals.
Ensuring support and care for each child.
Care plans and risk assessments.
Overseeing staff and children’s development
Ensuring safety of children in the home
Data protection and OFSTED audits.

Qualifications and experience:

Level 4 NVQ working with children/young people (Management)
Experience working with Ofsted
24 months experience managing a residential children’s home.
