Regional Health and Safety Advisor | Multi Site | Stoke & surrounding | £40k-£50k | 90% site - 10% remote

Our client, a leading commercial build market leader, is experiencing strong growth and expansion. They are seeking a Regional Health and Safety Advisor to join their team and support their continued growth. Role responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the client and internal H&S team
  • Attend client H&S meetings
  • Support site team on all H&S aspects
  • Review safe systems of work
  • Attend and advise during safe start meetings
  • Manage day-to-day H&S activities on site
  • Conduct workplace inspections and report findings
  • Conduct investigations into accidents or incidents
  • Manage on-site occupational health
  • Coordinate training of project staff
  • Contribute to the maintenance of ISO 45001

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dedicated H&S role within the construction sector - Essential
  • Excellent communication skills with client-facing experience
  • Proficient in IT with strong report-writing skills

Desirable Qualifications:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
  • First Aid trained
