Contract 5x months
My client specialises in refurbishment projects, delivering several projects for local authority and housing association. They have a 1million pound contract which involves the refurbishment of a care home site on the Wirral. They require an on site TLO to assist with the project delivery.
The project involved refurbishment works, You will be based on site coordinating with tenants of the works being undertaken during the project. Assisting contractor to book in the relevant trades with the occupied premises. You will have worked within at TLO or RLO position, proven experience delivering excellent customer service for both tenant and contractors.
Ideally experience dealing with housing associations on social housing projects. You will be an excellent communicator and be able to prioritise the workloads.
Effect report writing ensuring all site logs are kept up to date in accordance with company policies and procedures.
