- Volume cash handling (cash not electronic transactions)
- Training and managing high performing teams
- Purchasing and managing stock
- Accounting for takings including the use of computerised systems
- 2 years proven management experience in a leisure, hospitality or retail environment (preferably within the amusement arcade sector)
- Knowledge of KPIs and ability to control budgets
- Forward thinking, flexible and customer focused
- Able to deal with customer disputes and complaints
