The Deputy Manager role involves:
- Supporting the Registered Manager in achieving high standards of care.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the home.
- Leading and mentoring a team to deliver positive outcomes.
- Ensuring legal responsibilities of the service and home are met.
- Being flexible with working hours, including sleep-in duties.
- A minimum of two years of operational experience in a health and social care setting.
- Experience caring for children within residential settings.
- Skills in mentoring a team to achieve their goals.
- A full UK driving licence.
- A Level 3 qualification in social care is desirable but not essential.
