Job Description:We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join my client's team in Wallasey, working until the summer holidays. The successful candidate will work closely with their nursery staff to support children with SEN, ensuring they have a positive and enriching experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to children with SEN.
  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Support the class teacher in creating an inclusive learning environment.
  • Help with the preparation of learning materials and resources.
  • Monitor and record the progress of children with SEN.
  • Foster a safe and supportive atmosphere for all children.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with SEN in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
