Sonic Summary

The position is for a Speech and Language Therapist in the Children's service at Highfield Centre - Children's Therapies in Wallasey, from November 18, 2024, to May 16, 2025.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 16:30.
The primary responsibility is to conduct updated assessments for children with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and to revise care plans accordingly.
The role is expected to be clinic and school-based across the Wirral, focusing on school-aged children, and will not typically involve direct intervention work.

The role is to carry out updated assessments for children who have an EHCP. The therapist will need to update the assessment and update the care plan. The role is unlikely to include carrying out intervention. This work will need to happen face to face.We will need therapists who can cover any clinical area across Children’s Speech and Language Therapy. It will be clinic and school based across the Wirral. It will be for school aged children.
