You will be supporting students with a range of SEN needs, including some with Down Syndrome. Experience in this area is beneficial but not essential. The role also involves working with a challenging bottom-set Maths group, so strong behaviour management skills are required.
The Role:
- Supporting students with SEN needs, including some with Down Syndrome (experience beneficial but not essential).

- Providing tailored support to ensure students remain engaged and progress in their learning.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in an SEN or behaviour support role.
- Strong behaviour management skills to support students in a challenging setting.
- Ability to build positive relationships and adapt to individual learning needs.
