Global CTS is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join a lively and friendly team in Wallingford. In this role, you will be responsible for managing maintenance contracts, scheduling jobs, and ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain new and existing customer maintenance contracts
  • Schedule maintenance jobs efficiently and accurately
  • Create and issue work orders to subcontractors
  • Follow up paperwork with engineers and subcontractors
  • Issue customer paperwork and ensure records are up to date
  • Set up remedial quotations and follow up on outstanding quotes
  • Handle invoicing, including recurring maintenance invoices
  • Manage contract renewals and ensure deadlines are met
  • Be the first point of contact for complaints and queries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Communicate any issues internally with relevant staff and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner

Skills and Experience

  • Strong communication skills with confidence on the phone
  • Highly organised with excellent time management
  • Process-driven with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in contract renewals is an advantage but not essential
