Chandlers (Farm Equipment) Ltd has been servicing the needs of the agricultural, vehicle and groundscare industries for over 85 years and are one of the largest AGCO dealers in the UK, supplying new machines and aftersales for Massey Ferguson (Chandlers (MF) Ltd), Fendt & Valtra (Chandlers (FV) Ltd), and JCB (via Chandlers RFM). Along with a full range of complementary machinery from leading manufacturers.


As an Agricultural Parts Advisor, you will:

Provide parts advice to our customers as required to meet their needs, internal and external fairly, efficiently and with courtesy at all times, with a view to maintaining a good relationship between the Company and its customers.

Deal with all enquiries, orders and queries received (written/telephone/verbal), quickly and efficiently, providing a good service at all times.

Be involved with the stock control and computer input of parts and goods from a wide range of prestigious agricultural brands.

Undertake the inspection and receipt of deliveries of goods inwards and accompanying documentation, and to store in a good and proper condition

8am-5.30pm Monday Friday, weekend days by department rota. With additional overtime when needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

A good knowledge of Agricultural parts and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of this. Or equivalent knowledge in a similar field like HGV or the motor industry.

Have excellent customer service and communication skills.

An eye for detail, accuracy and data entry.

Experience with working to challenging deadlines.

Must be computer literate

A UK driving licence.
