Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Workshop Joiner to create bespoke joinery units in a traditional workshop setting. This role involves working from detailed drawings to craft high-quality windows, doors, kitchens, and wardrobes.
Responsibilities
- Craft bespoke joinery items based on technical drawings
- Produce windows, doors, and custom units to high standards
- Work closely with a small team, including the site foreman responsible for shop drawings
- Report to the Site Manager and Foreman
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years in a workshop joinery environment
- Qualification: Trade-qualified Joiner with experience in bespoke joinery
- Tools & Equipment: All tools and gear are provided
Team & Culture
Be part of a small, close-knit team of seven, including four joiners, one labourer, a foreman, and office support. The company values a traditional, quality-focused approach to joinery, with a strong emphasis on craftsmanship.
