Profile
A successful 'Head of Sales - Contract Catering' should have:
- A strong background in sales within the Business Services sector, preferably a link to Food or Contract Catering services
- Leadership experience; sales training, development planning, best practice, encouraging a successful culture
- Passion for scaling up a team and making sales pivotal in business growth
- Defining and executing a channel / client strategic business plan
