This company are at the forefront of their industry, manufacturing specialist equipment for blue chip clients across the globe. They are looking for a CNC Supervisor to assist with their long term growth plans.
In this hands on role you will support in the manufacturing of specialist equipment whilst also leading a team of Machinists and Programmers at the company's state of the art, modern facility.
This role would suit a CNC Machinist / Programmer looking to step up into a Lead role with market leader that provides specialist training and career progression into management.
The Role:
- Key role in manufacturing specialist equipment.
- Supporting management in leading the CNC team.
- Specialist training opportunities.
- Hands on, opportunity to progress into senior management.
The Person:
- CNC milling / turning / programming background.
- CAD / CAM knowledge advantageous.
- Looking for further training and development.
- Commutable to Wallingford.
