Customer Service Advisor
A recognised market leader in their sector, now has a need for an additional Customer Service Advisor, to join their small and professional customer service team.
Duties
- To review and process Customer orders
- To respond positively to all requests from Customers
- To prioritise and process all work within a reasonable time frame
- To liaise with the Company's Customers by telephone and in writing
- To review and process incoming orders ensuring quantities and pricing is correct
- To respond to enquiries about the delivery of products
- Offer additional or alternative products to the customer as and when applicable
- Build customer relationships by taking ownership of calls and ensuring the customers needs are always met or exceeded.
- Manage data entry via the CRM System
Skills & Experience
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Accuracy in work and attention to detail is essential
- Computer literate - including SAP, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Calm, organised and able to work in a Team
- Willingness to 'go the extra mile' for every customer
- Any previous knowledge of building or DIY products would be an advantage, but full training will be given to ensure a detailed knowledge, of the company products
