Join a dynamic team at a leading manufacturer and supplier as a Customer Service Representative. This role is perfect for someone with experience in managing high volumes of supplier interactions, sales, and distribution tasks, and who is proficient in SAP and database management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers via telephone and email, handling up to 50 calls per day 
  • Review and process incoming orders, ensuring accuracy in quantities and pricing.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries about our services and products.
  • Suggest additional or alternative products to customers when applicable.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by taking ownership of calls and ensuring customer needs are met or exceeded.
  • Manage data entry through our CRM system.
  • Perform additional duties as reasonably expected within the role.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2 Years experience within customer services
  • Experience within high pressure environment 
  • Ideally experience within sales and distribution, dealing with multiple suppliers 
  • Experience with high volume of calls and emails 
  • Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Bright, inquisitive, organized, and effective team player.
  • Willingness to “go the extra mile” for every customer.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
