This role is fully on site and you will need to live a commutable distance from Wallingford.
This is an exciting role reporting to the MD of a prestigious client who is seeking an experienced EA to support his growing business. You will support approximately 60 staff and deal with all EA & HR issues and support the MD with general administration, events and office management tasks.
Your HR responsibilities will see you dealing with on-boarding, off-boarding, employee relations, training and benefits.
Your role:
- Support Managing Director with external communications, diary management, travel, weekly priority report and ad-hoc requests.
- General office management
- Co-ordination of company events
- Ownership of HR data system & support management
- Administer company pension scheme, Health Insurance and compile annual data for life Insurance.
- Recruitment and on-boarding of new employees including preparing offers, reference checks, contracts, inductions and probations.
- Follow up reconciliation with purchase orders and recruitment costs data.
- Undertake exit interviews and monitor the return of company equipment
- Co-ordination of IT equipment with external provider
- Co-ordination of company training
The person:
- 3 + year's experience working within human Resources department and/or Executive Assistant Qualification
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Strong organisation skills & able to deal with changing priorities
- Excellent to detail
- Discreet and confidential
