One of the leading Building and Civil Engineering Contractors operating throughout the UK are seeking to recruit an experienced Façade Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities :
• To be responsible for the delivery of the Façade package
• Responsible for day-to-day management and co-ordination of the relevant subcontractors, including ensuring design and program are carried out in line with quality standards.
• To work collaboratively with the internal site and design teams, along with external Professionals
• To report progress and record progress against program deadlines
• To maintain high levels of health & safety throughout the project, ensuring work is always carried out in a safe manner.
• To carry out the quality control, testing and inspection plans on all aspects of cladding and façade
• To attend and chair meetings on site with relevant subcontractors, ensuring accurate records are taken and communicated with all relevant parties. safety throughout the project, ensuring work is always carried out in a safe manner. • Respond to sub-contractor progress reports and Sub-contractors’ Contractual correspondence.
Experience
• Experience in managing and delivering bespoke facades packages on high rise developments.
• Experienced in Fire, thermal and acoustic performance of cladding systems.
• Experience with interfaces such as, Roofing, Curtain Walling, SFS, Facades
• Thorough knowledge of database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint
• Good management/organisational skills, with ability to manage time and meet deadline.
