QHSE Administrator

Our client are leaders servicing a niche industry, they are now expanding and looking for a QHSE Administrator to join them!

QHSE Administrator Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Documenting of management and process improvements across the business, reporting and administering of QHSE platforms
  • Training of Risk assessments, COSHH assessments, general HSE awareness and official HSE training
  • Conducting and recording inspections of shop floor audits
  • Chasing completed non-conformity reports from suppliers
  • Assist in the implementation of corrective action from incident investigations and safety concerns where required
  • Support the QA team in raising service calls and processing supplier returns as required
  • Writing of risk assessments, method statements and work instructions
  • Handling of sensitive and confidential information, taking minutes of meetings and action logs
  • Draft correspondence to include creating, revising, proof-reading, distributing various types of documents, presentations, spreadsheets and monthly/ quarterly reports

The ideal QHSE Administrator will:

  • Experience in a similar QHSE administrative role ideally within a production/ manufacturing environment
  • Good understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974
  • IOSH managing safely or above and Experience of ISO 9001
  • Experience of Writing Risk Assessments, method statements and work instructions
  • Experience conducting workplace inspections and checks
  • Good knowledge of IT systems with an excellent knowledge and understanding of MS Word, Excel, outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
