Are you highly organised with excellent administrative skills and a passion for quality and safety? We are looking for a QHSE Administrator to support the smooth operation of a high-end manufacturing business who are real pioneers in what they create.

In this role, you'll work closely with the Quality Manager, handling documentation, carrying out risk assessments, and assisting in the introduction of new quality standards across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage documentation related to quality, health, safety, and environmental standards, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.

Assist in the implementation of new quality standards and procedures, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Conduct and assist with risk assessments and audits, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Provide general administrative support across QHSE functions, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

Utilise computer systems to track, store, and manage documents and data, ensuring a streamlined and organised workflow.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and experience with document management systems.

Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a manufacturing or QHSE environment.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Good communication and teamwork skills to liaise effectively with different departments.
