An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Wallingford as PA and Team Administrator. The main purpose of the role is to provide secretarial and administrative support to the director and manager.

As the Team Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to commercial and construction directors.
  • Preparing and distributing orders.
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and providing documentation support.
  • Managing and updating internal databases.

The successful Team Administrator will have the following related skills / experience:

  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in the construction industry would be beneficial but not essential.
