Being part of the Operations Leadership Team and reporting to the Regional Operations Manager this is a fantastic opportunity to take on the responsibility of leading, guiding and managing the facility of this British national manufacturer. Our client is looking for a Factory Manager to passionately manage and improve all departments including Production, Quality, Warehousing, Maintenance and HSE with constant collaboration between the executive team.

This firmly established manufacturer has been progressive and growing since the 1990's and has become one of the largest groups within their industry through unrivalled product quality. Your Role as a Factory Manager will include:
* Developing site business, department strategies and implementation of group initiatives
* Maintain a proactive culture of CI & best practice throughout the plant
* Site remains audit ready & in compliance with ISO standards, regulations, and statutory agencies.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the wider group on group wide initiatives

The successful Factory Manager will need:
* Experience at a Senior Management level in manufacturing
* Understand the operational and financial drivers of the industry
* Experience leading the sites Lean Management and Continuous Improvement initiatives
* Commutable to Wallingford
