An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Wallingford as an Operations Administrator on a 6-month, fixed term contract.
As the Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for:
* Managing and maintaining sales reports.
* Supporting the marketing team with website updates.
* Ensuring all documents are accurate.
* Assist in organising events.
* Processing expenses and mileage claims.
* Coordinate IT, phone and office supplies.
* Providing front desk support when required.
The successful Operations Administrator will have the following related skills / experience:
* Strong administration experience.
* Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
* Good IT skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
