Responsibilities:
- General site administration and records and filing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of jobs
- Managing admin of hard services work.
- Operate computerised CAFM system
- Prepare and carry out invoicing
- Ensure timely and clear communication with clients
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Experience within a facilities management environment/company
- Competent IT/Excel knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
