If so, we have registered a fantastic temporary opportunity working for this impressive local client. Starting ASAP, this assignment will be ongoing for around 4 months.

The working hours are 8.30am to 5pm or 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours) with an unpaid lunch break

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary HR Administrator Responsibilities

In this role you will be providing comprehensive, accurate and timely administration support for the People Services Team, including:

  • Managing the onboarding process
  • Ensuring the offboarding process for departing employees is completed in a smooth manner
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records
  • Assisting in the administration of employee benefits
  • Acting as the initial point of contact for general Employee Relations queries
  • Assisting with investigations where appropriate
  • Collecting and collating data as required

  • A relevant CIPD or NVQ qualification

  • Ability to learn new processes and procedures quickly

This position is based in offices in OX10. There is parking available on site.
