PAYROLL OFFICER - UP TO £45K HOURLY EQUIVALENT - ASAP START DATE - WALLINGFORD - HYBRID

Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a brilliant business that are looking for a full-time Payroll Officer to join the team ASAP for at least 10 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of payroll timetable and internal deadlines.
  • Management and resolution of employee payroll queries.
  • Management of payroll files and records.
  • Payroll administration of salary sacrifice schemes.
  • Maintenance of float and salary advance information.
  • Management of the P11D/PSA process.
  • Administration of pension scheme memberships.
  • Journal creating and maintenance.
  • Reconciliation of wage accounts.
  • Administration of employee recharges.
  • Maintenance and distribution of balance statements for Guaranteed Earnings to employees and relevant management.

Requirements:

  • End-to-end payroll experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, busy office environment.
  • Good excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups).
  • Good communication skills.
