This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in every step of the process - analysing and improving manufacturing systems, resolving quality issues, and working with cross-functional teams to keep production on track.

Key Responsibilities:

Analysing and improving manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality output.

Leading root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to resolve quality issues.

Collaborating with production teams and suppliers to enhance product reliability.

Developing and maintaining quality assurance systems and documentation.

Requirements:

Knowledge of ISO9001 standards and experience implementing and maintaining compliance.

Strong understanding of quality tools such as 8D, FAIR, PPAP, and FMEA.

Proven ability to liaise with stakeholders across different levels, including suppliers and internal teams, to address quality concerns.
Experience in recording and managing NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and driving corrective actions.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving quality issues.
