Job description

Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our luxury transport products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough goods inward inspections of products throughout the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Analyse data from inspections and tests to identify trends or areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and non-conformance reports.
  • Utilizing various measurement tools such as callipers, micrometres, and electronic inspection equipment to measure product dimensions.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality inspection dashboard and the moulding inspection log.
  • Communicate identified defects promptly to internal and external stakeholders and collaborate on corrective actions for timely resolution.
  • Develop effective processes to optimise the inspection process and enhance product quality assurance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a quality inspector in the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong dimensional analysis skills with the ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems
  • Excellent mathematical skills and technical skills
  • Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
