We have registered an amazing opportunity working for this busy organisation within their fun and vibrant team on a temp to permanent basis.

Role: Procurement Administrator - Temp to Perm

Salary: £28,500 Per Annum

Location: Wallingford Oxfordshire

Hours: 37.5 Per Week

Procurement Administrator responsibilities:

  • Review the day-to-day tasks, reviewing purchase of materials and responding to requests from various departments.
  • Prepare and submit purchase orders for stocked and non-stocked goods and services.
  • Work with logistics and ensure that delivery schedules are met.
  • Track and monitor delivery of goods and services to KPI defined measures of lead time variance, presentation of goods, part shipments, open-overdue purchase orders etc.
  • Establish and maintain accurate records and files of all procurement activities.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers and escalate appropriately where required for resolution.
  • Article creation of new products in SAP systems
  • Accurate Master Data maintenance within SAP
  • Amending replenishment order points on SAP
  • Administering price updates and answering availability enquiries from internal sales departments
  • Liaising with internal departments across the global network
  • Review KPI Supplier Evaluation reports and liaise with suppliers to improve performance ongoing.

Requirements of the role:

  • Previous experience within an office administration role, ideally within a stock planning or purchasing role
  • Intermediate knowledge of standard Office software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident with managing large volumes of data with accuracy
  • Desire to learn and grow within role
