We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Administrator to join our client on a temporary basis. This role is essential in supporting the company’s mission to provide supported living to adults with learning disabilities. The ideal candidate will be organised, efficient, and have a passion for making a difference in the community.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
  • Handle confidential applicant information with discretion.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process for both candidates and the hiring team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative or recruitment role.
