The working hours are 8.30am to 5pm or 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with an unpaid lunch break

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary Recruitment Administrator Responsibilities

  • Responsible for administrative tasks and candidate communication
  • Building relationships with hiring managers.
  • Processing applications via the internal system.
  • Promoting and enhancing the employer brand and delivering a great candidate experience.
  • Booking a high volume of interviews.
  • Following up on candidate feedback.
  • Maintaining all necessary documentation.

  • Strong administration skills, gained within recruitment or talent acquisition. 
  • Experience with recruitment systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Discrete and able to maintain confidentiality.

Location

This position is based in offices in OX10. There is parking available on site.
