Are you a passionate early years professional ready to step into a leadership role? Our Nursery in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team on a temporary basis with the potential for a permanent position.
Position: Deputy Nursery Manager (Maternity Cover)
Location: Wallingford, Oxfordshire
Contract: Permanent ASAP start!
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum

What Were Looking For:
- Experience: Ideally, 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Room Leader or Deputy Manager
- Qualification: Minimum Level 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent
- Passion and Dedication: A commitment to providing high-quality care and education for children
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Lead and manage staff, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and educational environment
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and team members
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene
