- Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Help create a positive and nurturing classroom environment.
- Work closely with staff and the SENCO to adapt learning materials to meet pupils' needs.
What We're Looking For in a Learning Support Assistant in Wallingford:
? A passion for supporting children's education and development.? Experience working with young people (school-based experience, tutoring, childcare, mentoring, etc.).? Excellent communication and teamwork skills.? Experience with SEN is an advantage but not essential.
