New Recruits are currently looking for aQHSE Administrator, where you'll support the implementation of our Health & Safety strategic plan. Your role will involve taking meeting minutes, handling confidential information, and assisting with incident investigations. You'll also help maintain our Health and Safety SharePoint site and support various forums across the business.

Main Duties:

  • Monitor and manage the HSE planner.
  • Arrange and conduct inspections as per the planner.
  • Assist in training on risk assessments and HSE awareness.
  • Maintain registers for lifting equipment and calibration.
  • Gather QHSE feedback from staff for continuous improvement.
  • Support HSE training and toolbox talks.
  • Conduct shop floor audits and inspections.
  • Chase non-conformity reports from suppliers.
  • Write risk assessments and method statements.
  • Monitor and ensure timely completion of QHSE reports.
  • Draft and distribute various documents and reports.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a QHSE administrative role.
  • Understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
  • IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent certification.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001.
  • Experience writing risk assessments and method statements.
  • Background in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint).

Pay rate:

  • 30,000 per annum

Shift pattern:

  • Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
