Description
- Receiving incoming calls and enquiry forms from members of the public.
- Recording relevant information for the department by questioning and qualifying callers.
- Creating a well written report which will be escalated for further development.
Profile
Essential that you are computer literate
Experience of working in an environment dealing with sensitive information.
A DBS check will need to be completed if you are successful
