Kenneth Brian Associates are working on an exciting opportunity for a Wallington based company, who are seeking an individual with a strong Customer Service background to join their team.
This is a newly created position, so it is a great opportunity for the right candidate to grow and develop and really make the role your own.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that orders are processed in an efficient and timely manner
- Handling customer queries in a professional manner
- Customer invoices and credits
- Liaising with customers to resolve any issues
- Reviewing customer credit ratings
- Administration of customer accounts
- Logging and managing customer complaints
- Providing quotations and pricing information
- Dealing with returns, ensuring processes are followed
- Liaising with Sales Director and Account Managers
To be considered for this role, you will need the following:
- Strong Customer Service background in a B2B environment
- Strong commercial awareness
- Administrative skills, IT literacy and ability to learn new systems
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to use your initiative, and to be continuously looking for ways to improve
- Some supervisory experience would be beneficial
