Clinical Informatics Analyst
Positions in this function provide guidance, leadership and serve as a liaison for clinically related solutions which involve technology as a component across the enterprise. These roles support clinically related short term and long term operational, product and/or technical solutions and strategies through guiding development, enhancements to improve end to end clinical process and systems decision making. Partner with product, operations, IT and business functions to design and implement clinical solutions by providing clinically relevant research and analysis of clinical and related data and clinical business processes. All positions in this function require a professional clinically related degree or license
This role, situated within the Clinical Programs and Strategy team, involves assessing and interpreting customer needs and requirements, identifying solutions to non-standard requests and problems, and solving moderately complex problems or conducting moderately complex analyses. The individual works with minimal guidance, seeking assistance only for the most complex tasks, and translates concepts into practice. They provide explanations and information on difficult issues, coach and guide others, and act as a resource for less experienced colleagues.

- Education and Background:
- Hold an undergraduate degree in a clinical field or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with imaging department workflows.
- Experience as a Radiology PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) administrator is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of CHRS (Change Healthcare Radiology System) and/or Change Healthcare Workflow Intelligence is a plus.
