My client is a reputable and well-established law firm, currently looking to expand their family department.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters independently
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation in family law matters, including divorce, child arrangements, and financial disputes
  • Attend court hearings and liaise with clients, barristers, and other legal professionals as needed
  • Maintain a client-focused approach, offering empathetic and clear advice tailored to each client's needs
  • Keep abreast of legal developments and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in family law (ideally 3 years’ PQE plus)
  • Strong knowledge of family law procedures, regulations, and case law
  • Excellent communication skills with a compassionate, client-focused approach
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize a varied caseload
  • Team-oriented but capable of working independently as needed
