- Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters independently
- Provide expert legal advice and representation in family law matters, including divorce, child arrangements, and financial disputes
- Attend court hearings and liaise with clients, barristers, and other legal professionals as needed
- Maintain a client-focused approach, offering empathetic and clear advice tailored to each client's needs
- Keep abreast of legal developments and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in family law (ideally 3 years’ PQE plus)
- Strong knowledge of family law procedures, regulations, and case law
- Excellent communication skills with a compassionate, client-focused approach
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize a varied caseload
- Team-oriented but capable of working independently as needed
