£55,000 including continental shift allowance

£50,000 to £55,000 salary including shift allowance.

Continental shift pattern. 12 hr shifts. 24 7 coverage. Shifts pattern is roughly: Days: 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 3 off, then the same pattern for nights.

The Deputy Production Manager will focus on leading a manufacturing team to achieve production objectives, meet KPIs, coach and develop production team members to improve manufacturing skills, H&S understanding and manufacturing team working.

The ability to work with other team leaders and supervisors in the manufacturing areas to ensure the company wide production goals are achieved.
