What we need from you:

Your job will primarily be to grow our industrial and driving business, you’ll be an expert networker with a track record in winning new business.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Generating leads and engaging with employers to win new business.
  • Developing and maintain employer relationships.
  • Attending meetings with decision makers to discuss their recruitment needs.
  • Creating proposals and working with our in-house marketing team to develop presentations to win new business.
  • Reporting sales data and forecasts on a regular basis to the Head of Sales.
  • Cross-selling companywide services, seizing all opportunities to offer clients a well-rounded service.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Developing new business and client relationships.
  • Track record of winning business.
  • A recruitment background is essential
  • Experience of sales and cold calling
  • Generating your own leads, negotiating, winning, and closing new business deals.
