SEN Learning Support Assistant – Full-Time – Wallington, Croydon

We are seeking a SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist setting in the Wallington, Croydon area, supporting children aged 5 to 16 with PDA and additional needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive environment.

Role Details:
  • Location: Wallington, Croydon
  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
  • Pay: £85 - £100 per day (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:
  • Providing individualised support to children with PDA, helping them engage in learning
  • Implementing strategies to reduce anxiety and promote positive interactions
  • Working closely with teachers and therapists to create a supportive learning environment
  • Encouraging emotional regulation and social development
