The Client

Our client are the worlds largest HVAC manufacturer and fastest growing brand of HVAC products in the UK, and in supporting further growth are looking to expand their team in many of the key areas of their business. They are looking for a Finance Coordinator to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Coordinator

As Finance Coordinator, you will provide financial and administrative support, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and be involved in the continual development of finance processes.

The Role of the Finance Coordinator

  • Daily sales and purchase ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met
  • Oversee payment processing, ensuring both incoming and outgoing payments are accurately recorded and completed in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with internal and external customers/suppliers, including credit control
  • Processing bank payments and receipts and reconciliation
  • Providing financial information to the business as required to enable decision making
  • First line of support to the Receptionist, including site access
  • Assistance with periodic reporting and year-end audit
  • Proactively working with other departments to continually review and improve processes
  • Company clerical duties, to include post, stationery, insurance, petty cash, and vehicle administration

Skills and Qualifications required for the Finance Coordinator

  • Experience of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • AAT Level 2 Accounting or equivalent by experience is desirable
  • Excellent Customer Service / Communication skills
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • Excellent Planning, organising skills and attention to detail
  • Experience of Microsoft Dynamics would be beneficial.
  • Experience of working in FMCG/Manufacturing industry is desirable
