The Role:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of home care services, including private care and live-in packages, currently delivering just 100 hours of private care p/w.
- Ensure the highest standard of care in line with company policies and CQC regulations.
- Play a pivotal role in driving service growth while maintaining quality care delivery.
- Manage risks, ensuring all health and safety regulations are fully met.
- Take a lead role in managing staff and client issues, including investigations and compliance with safeguarding practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Experience in the social care sector, including strategic planning and compliance with CQC standards.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of providing excellent care.
- Proven ability to grow and develop services.
Benefits:
- Salary of 33,000 - 40,000 per annum.
