We have fantastic temporary opportunities for administrators/call handlers to join a dynamic team within a Public Sector department based in North Shields (NE29 6AR).

Role Overview:

Initially starting as an Administration role, this position will progress into Call Handling once you gain the required knowledge. You will also be responsible for general administrative tasks resulting from the calls you handle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling calls related to fines Responding to written queries
  • General administrative duties
  • Sorting and distributing post
  • Photocopying and filing
  • Creating and updating records in the in-house system
  • Data entry
  • Ad hoc tasks as required
  • Managing incoming calls and call-backs
  • Advising fine payers on payment options
  • Supporting those struggling to make payments
  • Taking action against non-payers
  • Working with spreadsheets, calls, and warrants.
