We are seeking a motivated Personal Development Coach to join a College in Newcastle. The successful candidate will play a  role in supporting students from enrolment through to the completion of their studies, helping them develop both personally and professionally to achieve their full potential and prepare for future progression.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Deliver group awareness sessions to students on full-time study programmes, focusing on personal development.
  • Provide both group and one-to-one coaching to help students achieve their goals
  • Monitor and report on student progress, attendance, punctuality, commitment, and conduct.
  • Celebrate and promote students’ successes, fostering a positive learning environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A recognised qualification at Level 3.
  • Proven experience in providing coaching or mentor support in a previous work or voluntary setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
