- Processing invoices and managing accounts payable/receivable.
- Reconciling bank statements and managing general ledger entries.
- Supporting month-end and year-end financial processes.
- Assisting with payroll and other administrative duties as needed.
- Providing support to the finance team and contributing to ongoing process improvements.
- You have previous experience in a similar role and strong knowledge of transactional finance.
- You are highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Excel.
- You are a team player with strong communication skills.
- Ability to commute to North Shields 5 days a week.
