We are delighted to be partnering our Newcastle Upon Tyne based client to recruit a Head of Reward.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Head of Reward is a key member of the HR Senior Leadership Team, and is responsible for the design, development and delivery of reward programmes across the group.
Leading a small team of reward professionals and working collaboratively with HR colleagues and business leaders, the Head of Reward provides guidance and direction to the Executive Committee and Board/Remuneration Committee on all elements of Reward, including strategy, governance and regulatory reporting.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced reward professional who enjoys working on wider people strategy and being an advocate for the business externally and internally, engaging with relevant external groups to deliver on their purpose, enhancing employer brand, and improving reward capability and understanding amongst leadership teams.
If you are a reward professional with deep technical expertise and previous experience of working in a regulated industry and exposure to Remuneration Committees, but you also enjoy playing an active role in broader people strategy, this is a great role for you.
You can be based anywhere in the UK but will need a presence in the North East on a regular basis to work with your team and the HR SLT.
