Salary: 36,000.00 per annum
We are looking for a Floor Layer to join a dedicated housing repairs and maintenance team for a local housing provider.
Responsibilities:
- Installing various flooring types, including wet room, vinyl, laminate, and carpet tiles.
- Using hot welding techniques to create seamless joints and prevent water ingress.
- Identifying and assessing flooring damage in tenanted and void properties.
- Repairing or replacing damaged sections of flooring to meet health and safety standards.
- Communicating effectively with tenants and housing officers regarding work schedules.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- Basic Criminal Record Check (Disclosure and Barring Service)
